CNC MACHINISTS

MILTON KEYNES & BIRMINGHAM SITES

PERMENANT

07:30 - 16:00 + Overtime (Mon-Fri)

Join a busy, fast paced Machine Shop environment working on the latest Machines from DMG and Matsuura to produce high precision components for the Motorsport and Formula One™ industry.

As part of our machine shop team, you will be responsible for the running of your dedicated machining centre, manufacturing first off and prototype parts from a range of materials including Aluminium, Steel and Titanium to the highest quality standards.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Suitable applicants will need to show experience using Heidenhain and/or Fanuc controls working on preferably DMG and/or Matsuura machining centres on 5 Axis CNC Programmes.

 

You will be responsible for the proving out of each job , working closely with the CAM Office to ensure the optimal finish for each component whilst providing valuable feedback as part of our continuous improvement strategy.

Working to tight deadlines in a fast moving manufacturing environment, you will need to work under your own supervision and be adaptable to a wide variety of components and materials.

Previous experience in using Siemens NX would be a significant advantage but not essential.

Lead Assembly Technician

MILTON KEYNES

We are offering an exciting opportunity to work within the heart of the Formula One™ Industry focusing on the assembly and production control of component and jigs & fixtures assemblies from our site in Milton Keynes.

This fast paced role will see you responsible for the delivery of multiple component assemblies on a daily basis working from a detailed production schedule often to tight deadlines with close interaction with the end customer to ensure clear communication channels are maintained at all times.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are​ looking for an experienced Assembly Technician with a background in mechanical or electronic component assembly within a high performance engineering environment.

You will need to excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to work under your own supervision and initiative to delivery to tight deadlines.

Previous experience working within the Formula One™ industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
