Belman Engineering Ltd has considered the impact of its services on the environment, we are committed to supporting our customers to comply with the increasing environmental demands and to minimise the environmental impact of their own services, operations and products.

We are an environmentally sustainable organisation and our primary environmental commitments are:

  • To adhere with all applicable environmental legislation, codes of practice, regulatory controls and business requirements
     

  • Ensure minimal pollution or nuisance that may be caused by our activities
     

  • Minimise the generation of emissions and waste and disposing of in accordance with local and national rules and regulations
     

  • To protect local habitats that could be affect by our facilities
     

  • To ensure energy and natural resources are used efficiently and reduce consumption where possible
     

  • To consider when making business decisions, any significant environmental aspects and impacts relating to our facilities and changes to products, processes, materials
     

  • Maintain as part of our continuous improvement strategy, on-going monitoring of our environmental performance through the setting and review of realistic and achievable objectives
     

  • To provide appropriate resources for the implementation of this policy
     

  • Where applicable, to communicate with and encourage our supply chain to adopt similar environmental commitments
